Exercising with Arthritis

When your joints hurt, it makes you less likely to exercise. But exercise not only helps keep joints strong and flexible, it also guarantees pain relief for a multitude of conditions, including Osteoarthritis (OA), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Fibromyalgia. By keeping pain from starting, you are able to lose weight, reduce stress and enjoy a much fuller life. Let us help you find the activity that suits you.

From Golf to Beginners Yoga and Tai Chi for Arthritis, there are many ways to get your work out in when you are dealing with pain from arthritis. Twice a week, Jenn Sisneros, our Fitness Instructor, leads a class specifically for those with arthritis. So if Wii Bowling or Chair Yoga sound like fun, we’d love for you to join one of our classes.
